Associate Professor Hamdan Hj. Hassan, a Malaysian, ages 62 - Chairman
He graduated from the University Of New Haven, USA (Master in Business Adminstration major in Marketing),
BBA (Marketing) from the University of Winsconsin, Whitewater, USA, and also has a Diploma in Marketing
from Institute of Marketing, United kingdom. He was former Associate Professor from University Technology Mara, Malaysia for over 30 years and retired in September 2003. Beside as Chairman, he also served as one of the adviser commitee for Temerloh Community College appointed by Ministry of Higher Education, YB Dato' Mohamed Khaled Nordin. His wide experiences and knowledge in sales and marketing will excel the company in
better direction toward the company vision and mission.
Hisham Hamdan, a Malaysian, aged 33 - Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2007
He holds a B.Eng (Hons) Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Sunderland, UK
and also a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Malaysia (UTM) majored in Power. Не has been in the electrical industry since 1997 when he joined Federal Power Sdn Bhd, manufacturer of power cable and served until 2006. He had wide experience in local and international market. He have been dealing with large corporation such as Petronas, Siemens, Tenaga Nasional, PLN Indonesia, DES Brunei, REL India, NEPCO Jordan and other power utilities company.
His expertise in international market giving the company the strong edge to compete among the world leading companies. As a key pioneer founder of the company, he has a deep understanding of the strengths and capabilities of the company. Consequently his differentiated vision and strategies have led to the Global Potential’s successful track record of growth and financial strength.
Hasmadi Mat Lazim, a Malaysian, aged 31 - Director (Sales & Marketing)
He have been climbing the corporate ladder from Testing department working at FPTI Industries Sdn Bhd, Nilai before transfer to Federal Power Sdn Bhd as Sales Executive. He started in-charge for oversea market before giving responsibility to local market as well.
During his career in the Sales & Marketing Dept of Federal Power Sdn Bhd, he has worked closely with TNB, Petronas and also other private contractors. Не also has worked with overseas customers from the Asia region and middle east.
His leadership and entrepreneurial vision have been and will continue to be crucial in leading the company into the future.
